- Sensible Facility Solutions is run by Jack Cornell. Before facility design, energy work, and CAD, the path ran through foster care and the U.S. Navy Submarine Service — environments where you learn to adapt, solve the problem in front of you, and follow through no matter the conditions.
- Thirty years in this industry taught the rest: the best projects start by actually listening to the customer. Projects don't always start clean. They don't always go as planned. They still need to get done — and done right.
- Every job comes down to three things: understanding your vision for the finished space, understanding the conditions you're really working with, and finding the most sensible solution to connect the two.
